Our client, general partner of a real estate partnership, which built a luxury condominium project, was sued by some of its partners for mismanagement and fraudulent dealings. In co-operation with counsel for the developer of the project, we persuaded that court that the allegations were unfounded. The Court dismissed the claim and awarded substantial costs in favour of our client.
