Pilot E-filing of claims at some Small Claims Courts
Since August 2014, it has been possible to e-file your claims at the Brampton, Richmond Hill, Oshawa and Ottawa small claims courts. The Ministry web-site says this will expand province wide in early 2015. Its about time!
